3. Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on Coffee After Work, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• You are employed, self-employed, or otherwise professionally engaged.
• You provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable laws.
• You have not been previously removed or banned from Coffee After Work.
• You do not have any convictions related to sexual offenses, violent crimes, harassment, stalking, or similar serious offenses.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Coffee After Work reserves the right to suspend, verify, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.

4. Corporate Email Verification

To maintain the integrity of the platform, Coffee After Work may require verification using a valid corporate or company-issued email address.

By providing a corporate email address, you acknowledge that:

• The corporate email is used solely for verification purposes.
• Verification does not imply endorsement by your employer.
• Your employer has no affiliation with Coffee After Work unless explicitly stated.
• Coffee After Work will never publicly display your corporate email address.

Failure to successfully complete verification may limit access to certain features.

5. Registration & Account

6. Community Standards

Repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account removal.

7. User Safety

8. Content & Profile Photos

You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove content that:

9. Messaging & Communications

• Security alerts

10. Premium Membership & Payments

Coffee After Work may offer premium subscriptions and paid features.

By purchasing a subscription:

• Subscription fees are charged through the selected payment method.

Unless required by law:

• Payments are non-refundable.
• Partially used subscriptions are non-refundable.

Users must manage subscription cancellation through the relevant app store or payment provider.

Coffee After Work does not guarantee:

• Compatibility between users
• Continuous service availability
• Error-free functionality
• Accuracy of user-generated content

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffee After Work, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Coffee After Work during the preceding twelve (12) months.
